Buyback and distribute

Every $BELL transfer withholds a 2% fee. The keeper sweeps it into the treasury every hour, and treasury revenue is used to buy $BELL and pay it out to stakers.

Fee harvest service
Not reporting

The harvest runs once an hour. Nothing has checked in yet, so no fees have been swept.

Fund the reward pool

See it on the treasury page

Sends USDC from your wallet straight into the staking reward account, split across every staked balance. This is the same move the keeper makes every six hours. Use it to top the pool up by hand.

How the loop runs

  1. 1

    Every transfer pays 2%

The fee is withheld by the token itself, on any venue. There is no route around it and nothing to opt into.

  2. 2

    The keeper harvests it hourly

Withheld fees are swept out of holder accounts into the treasury. Transfers to and from staking or the treasury are refunded.

  3. 3

    The treasury buys $BELL

Trading revenue, the protocol's 25% share of every premium, is used to buy $BELL on the open market.

  4. 4

    Stakers are paid

Harvested and purchased tokens go into the staking pool's reward account and are split across staked balances.

What the buybacks cost

Every buyback is priced at whatever $BELL was trading at when it ran. There is no fixed rate. Rounds that paid stakers in USDC directly, before a $BELL market existed, are listed but have no price.

No priced buyback has run yet, so there is nothing to average.
